Notes:Good full, saturated ruby. Dark berries, plum, bitter chocolate and musky oak on the nose. Rich and generous if a bit reduced; a bit youthfully raw in a positive way. The dark berry flavors are concentrated and plush, offering good life and verve. Finishes with sweet tannins and firm underlying structure.
Tasting notes: Best savored with any pasta containing a tomato or red wine sauce, risotto, rack of lamb or filet mignon.
